Hundreds facts and arguments have been published so far which point out the total destruction of the IRC. This institution, by all evidence, is already occupied by Sulejman Rexhepi and has passed to a private firm, having its branches in several cities of Macedonia, and is being managed by Rexhepi’s family.
The responsible authorities for verifying of these facts are silencing, because they are managed by those who are masters to silence phenomenon, having rewards piles of denars from Sulejman Rexhepi, who painless distributes them by the IRC budget financed by voluntary contributions of the Islamic religion members in the country.
The media also silences on this. Macedonian media are not dealing anymore with Sulejman Rexhepi, because they do not want that from a classic thief to make a "victim of the Slav-Macedonian press". Regarding the Albanian media (mainly online portals), a part of them are corrupted by Sulejman Rexhepi, some others absolutely don't care about the IRC and, the other interested part similar as Mulla Sula, are eager to support Sulejman Rexhepi with the intent to destroy up this more than 600 year old institution.
The academic personalities have never looked favorably this institution since it was headed by Sulejman Rexhepi, who early was perceived as a worthy fighter of the great Albanian nationalism that was disrupting the brotherhood-unity, and later to be dismounted the whole spying scheme "Zhika" - "Zharko" (Sulejman Rexhepi) a spy that has worked for Kire Fuzovski "Cerni:, an former-UDBist inveterate , who until his death has been the number two of Sulejman Rexhepi’s cabinet.
The academic personalities do not wish to spoil the spiritual comfort arising from the national tribunes that have adhered in the Albanian early Bektashism supported from the whole Western world. In the sight of this community in Albania and Kosovo Sulejman Rexhepi would looked "pickin dim", consequently since at the very beginning he was deployed in the war against them, but he drew the consideration of Westerners being imposed as the fighter of "Islamic radicalism" and "Wahhabis" – which are sworn enemies of the West. In fact, this is not already pumpkin walk on water Sulejman Rexhepi, as was exposed to the core. In fact, such game of Sulejman Rexhepi is going wrong, because actually he is totally unmasked. Now, he is in alliance with these "jihadists" and “isisists" through which the robbed post is guaranteed, with the only condition to dance according to their “religious rythm".
This does not comprise any concern, similarly as the silence of the external subjects towards this frantic degradation. A real concern is the passive behavior of people in key positions of the bodies and institutions of the IRC, who are being lured by Sulejman Rexhepi. Since everyone knows that the post of Reisul Ulema is stolen. Since everyone knows that their mandates are expired, that the majority of them is staying on top of the institutions due to the flagrant violation of relevant regulations of the IRC. All are being guided by the principle "since Sulejman Rexhepi violates the Constitution and regulations, why us not?!?" Could the country muftiates, the dean and directors be nonchalant? Even why all everywhere talk about a catastrophe which is threatening the IRC, nobody takes concrete actions, even when Sulejman Rexhepi calls them for having a picture as an "invincible force" against the Movement for reforms in the IRC, they line up before the camera similarly as gays do.
That is exactly what Sulejan Rexhepi needs most! Having around him as much complicits as possible involved in the IRC’s degradation; nobody would direct his finger of guiltiness to the other one but all would be found guilty. The country's Muslim population has very well understood such a dishonest intention. Therefore, there are talks that this year's fitrah and zakat have been tremendously reduced. Who to give fitrah and alms? To Sulejman Rexhepi, who has extraordinary wealth, being able to corrupt not only muftiates, dean and directors but also several officials of the current ruling party. Already, the corruption is largely happening in the Muftiship of Gostivar as well as in the branch of the Albanian ruling party acting in this city. The officials promoted by this party’s branch are wholly folded in the wallet of Sulejman Rexhepi, filled with money by the hard work, efforts and sweat of the country's Muslims. There is no greater shame and misfortune, too! Whoever profits from the Waqf, experiences the terrible punishment of God, even through the generations! It’s true! Tetovo's population has understood very well the game of Rexhepi’s family, therefore this year they have reduced their fitrah and alms to the IRC compare to other Mufitiships of the country. In fact, they have given like all the previous year, but they gave to the believers who are in need. This is Islam, and the other one is not: that religious Islamic educational institutions are held by yearly fitrah. These institutions are held by income generated from the real estate of the IRC. The situation has been terrible bad even in the Muftishp of Skopje, not because of the turbulences which were felt in this area, but that everybody knows that Sulejman Rexhepi has created a "garnish" of ignorant people and dilettantes in order to operate easily with the mafia "investor" who, having no fear in God, has been involved in doing trickeries with the Waqf of the Skopje Muftiship, which lies in the former Komunalec of the city.
Nothing interests Mulla Sula at all anymore: neither the IRC or the country's Muslims, nor the muftiaships, nothing at all! He sent everything to hell. Being under pressure from his heartless sons, he cares only for this year's Hajj and this year’s Ramadan sacrificial sheep skins as well as to launch the mafia "investor" affair – all these resources are sufficient to ensure the revival until his and Rexhepi’s family last breath. The IRC bodies are well informed on these issues, and apparently, they have decided to make them "halal", as such are the last actions carried out under his "power". Undoubtedly, making such "halal" will be costly! No one will be amnestied, even Azem Eminovski who, every day loads in his own car dozens of plastic bags with documents from the IRC’s financial archives. Theft can neither be deleted nor can be rinsed. Theft burns everything, everyone, even those who try to extinguish it, because its flames are of hell.
