K.S.A Embassy receives a letter of support from the Islamic community of Macedonia

K.S.A Embassy received a letter of support from the Islamic community of Macedonia. The Islamic religious community of Macedonia on 17:10:2018 wrote a letter of support in Arabic and posted it on their official website. This letter appeared just after Khashoggi, 59, among the Arab world’s best-known journalists and political commentators went missing on 02:10:2018.

After visiting the Arabian consulate in Istanbul where he never came out. Later her wife of Turkish national called the police after the consulate closed. Turkish officials investigated the case and it became clear that he was killed. Every single western government condemned it, Trump called Khashoggi murder ‘worst cover-up in history’. In the Balkan peninsula, this issue was a big subject in the local news, Croatia and Slovenia decided to stop their weapon exports to K.S.A.

The Islamic Religious Community in Macedonia (IRCM) on 17:10:2018 sent a letter of support to the Saudi Embassy stating: “Your Excellency, we are informed that your country is experiencing difficult times from the traps of malicious and jealousy, have gathered to harm Saudi Arabia. But all this is in vain because you have the protection of Allah. We have no doubt knowing that your kingdom is the place of the revelation.”

But in a follow-up public statement, the IRCM stated that the letter has nothing to do with Jamal Khashoggi. “A few days ago, the IRCM wrote a letter of support to Saudi Arabia in which we exclusively support them for the care and protection of Mecca and Medina.”

According to WSJ Muhammad Bin Salman couldn’t understand the outrage over Khashoggi’s killing. Saudi prince and de facto ruler of Saudi Arabia acknowledged that he was murdered inside consulate in Istanbul. The Prince even calls Khashoggi killing ‘heinous’ and promised that those responsible for the killing would be brought to justice.
